WHAT TO PREPARE?

 

A comfortable place

This is should ideally be a comfortable place to lay down when doing the breathing technique, sitting down for meditation and a place for a little yoga. Consider preparing a space with a yoga mat, a good pillow and possibly a blanket.

A source of cold

A cold shower should be enough, a cold tub (with ice) would be the Wim Hof gold standard. The colder the better however if you do not have access to cold water consider longer exposure times under the shower/bath.

Basics

These items should be tea and snacks for the breaks. A notepad in case you need to take notes. A timer for breath retention times and cold exposures. Headphones if you wish to hear Wim’s guidance more closely during breathing sessions.

Zoom

We will be using zoom to host the event. You will be sent a zoom link that you can just click to join the event as a participant.
